Reimagines room rentals around an AI messenger that answers tenant questions, schedules tours from calendar availability, and learns from past conversations, doing three-sided matching across tenants, landlords, and roommates, with reviews for anyone who interacts.

How it’s built
- An AI messenger onboards each party (tenant, landlord, roommate) and captures their must-haves, nice-to-haves, and dealbreakers
- A matching engine blends hard filters (budget, location) with weighted preferences and lifestyle compatibility
- A mutual “like” reveals contact info; reviews are allowed only after a logged interaction
- In v1, I operate as a hands-on broker for my own two houses
